1. Returns
   You may return items within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Refunds
   Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Exchanges

4. Non-Returnable Items
   Certain products such as intimate goods, personal care items, and sale items are non-returnable.
